Why 315+ Customers Left Five Stars
Read through the reviews above and the same four themes appear again and again. None of them are accidents — they're how the business is run.
“He arrived so quickly”
The most repeated phrase across the reviews. The 20–35 minutes for central Liverpool, up to 45–60 minutes for outer areas. Real ETA given on every call. Tommy gives an honest ETA on the call and turns up when he said he would.
“The price was exactly what he quoted”
No call-out fee, no VAT, no surprises at the door. An estimated cost is given on the phone where possible, or confirmed on site after a free diagnosis visit. The price agreed before work starts is the price paid — no additions at the door. Customers repeatedly mention being braced for hidden extras that never came.
“No damage to the door or lock”
Non-destructive entry first on every lockout — reviews regularly mention surprise that the original key still worked after entry. No drilled cylinders, no replacement costs that didn't need to happen.
“Genuinely honest — told me I didn't need it”
Several reviews describe Tommy advising against work the customer expected to pay for — a door alignment instead of a new mechanism, a repair instead of a replacement. Honesty about what's actually needed is the most commercially valuable review content there is.

Leave Tommy a Review
If Tommy has been out to your property — for a lockout, a lock change, a UPVC repair or anything else — a Google review takes two minutes and genuinely matters. Every review is read, every review is for one person's work, and they're the main reason new customers trust an independent locksmith over a national chain.
Mention the job type and your area (e.g. “lockout in Wavertree”) — it helps other people in your area find an honest locksmith when they need one.
